1. Service

Florida Venue Record Monitor is public-record business intelligence designed for independent commercial P&C insurance agencies. The service monitors selected Florida public records for one Florida county and provides a weekly customer package consisting of:

Output may include business/legal name, DBA, business location, county, ZIP, license or record type, source-provided status/date fields, an event classification, an explanation, and the authoritative source URL/retrieval date where available.

The service is fixed-price business/public-record intelligence. It is not insurance advice, a quote, a coverage recommendation, a referral, a policy comparison, negotiation, binding service, claims service, or a statement that any listed business needs insurance or is an insurance prospect. Verify important details using the authoritative source.

AB&T daily processing activity is retained for internal reference/audit only and is not a customer-visible source. The service does not claim daily liquor-license activity, daily alcohol processing alerts, newly licensed alcohol venues based on the AB&T daily file, confirmed opening, or an insurance-ready prospect.

2. Account and acceptable use

The customer must provide accurate business contact information and use the service lawfully. The customer is responsible for its own outreach decisions, licensing, privacy, anti-discrimination, marketing, and other compliance obligations. Do not use the service to obtain prohibited sensitive personal data, to harass or discriminate, or to misrepresent public-record information.

3. Trial, price, and payment

The offer is one Florida county for $120 per month, with automatic monthly renewal after a 14-day trial. A payment method is required at signup. No charge is made during the 14-day trial. If the customer does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to the paid monthly service under the billing-provider checkout terms.

The service uses a payment processor for checkout, invoices, receipts, and customer billing management. Automated tax collection is currently disabled pending the actual tax obligation/registration decision. The service does not claim that the payment processor handles every tax obligation.

4. Cancellation, suspension, and refunds

The customer may request cancellation through the customer portal. Unless the billing provider states otherwise, cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current paid period; access and scheduled delivery continue through that period. Past-due accounts may have future paid delivery paused.

There is no automatic pro-rata partial-month refund. The provider may correct or refund a duplicate charge, a verified unauthorized charge, or a provider billing error. Any discretionary exception requires owner approval.

The provider may suspend or limit the service for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful use, security or data-integrity risk, legal requirement, or an operational emergency, with notice where practical.

5. Source availability and coverage

Public records may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, unavailable, or changed by the source agency. If a source fails, the service withholds affected-source output, may continue healthy-source output with a clear coverage notice, and does not send a false zero-event result.

6. Privacy and support

A separate privacy notice describes data handling. Privacy requests may be sent to operations@siftspot.com and will be handled within a reasonable period under applicable law. Support is operations@siftspot.com.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, opening, operation, insurance status, or business intent. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the customer during the preceding 12 months, preserving non-waivable rights. The provider is not liable for source-agency changes, outages, delays, customer decisions, or unlawful customer use, to the extent permitted by law.

Trial

The customer receives one transactional notice as the trial approaches expiry. There is no automated marketing chase sequence.

Service boundary

The trial/sample and paid service provide fixed-price public-record intelligence. They do not provide insurance advice, a quote, coverage recommendation, referral, policy comparison, negotiation, binding service, claims service, or a claim that any listed business needs insurance.

The AB&T daily activity file is excluded from customer-visible events. The service does not use it to claim daily liquor activity, daily alcohol processing alerts, newly licensed alcohol venues, confirmed opening, or an insurance-ready prospect.

Cancellation and billing

Cancellation is requested through the customer portal and is normally effective at the end of the current paid period. Past-due accounts may have future paid delivery paused. There is no automatic pro-rata partial-month refund. Duplicate charges, verified unauthorized charges, and provider billing errors may be corrected/refunded. A discretionary exception requires owner approval.

Automated tax collection remains disabled pending the actual tax obligation/registration decision. The service does not claim that Stripe handles every tax obligation.

Billing

The service is $120/month for one Florida county with automatic monthly renewal after a 14-day trial. A payment method is required at signup, and no charge occurs during the trial. Stripe Checkout, Billing, invoices, receipts, and Customer Portal may be used for the enabled account configuration. The customer portal may allow billing-method management, cancellation, and invoice/receipt access where Stripe supports them.

Automated tax collection is currently disabled pending the actual tax obligation/registration decision. The service does not represent that Stripe handles every tax obligation.

Cancellation

The customer may request cancellation through the customer portal. The application requests cancellation at period end, so access and scheduled service delivery continue through the current paid period. The final provider subscription-deleted/canceled state stops future delivery.

Past due and provider errors

If an invoice payment fails, the customer enters a past-due state, future paid delivery is paused, a transactional payment-failure notice may be sent, and an owner exception is recorded. The customer can resolve billing through the portal.

There is no automatic pro-rata partial-month refund. The provider may correct/refund a duplicate charge, a verified unauthorized charge, or a provider billing error. Any discretionary exception requires owner approval.
