Florida Venue Record Monitor is a SiftSpot service operated by Christopher A. Benson, a sole proprietor. SiftSpot is the public service identity, and Christopher A. Benson is the legal provider.

Information handled

For an account or trial, the service may handle the customer’s agency/company name, business contact name, business email, selected Florida county, terms-acknowledgment time, optional acquisition source, account/billing state, delivery history, and service-support correspondence. Stripe handles payment-method, verification, invoice, payout, and other processor-required information in its own controlled systems.

The service processes selected public business records, including business or DBA name, business location, county, ZIP, license/record fields, source dates, and source references. It deliberately excludes owner names, phones, mailing addresses, and email fields from normalized source output when present in an extract. AB&T daily activity is retained for reference/audit only and is not customer-visible.

Uses

Information is used to provide the county-specific monitor; create and deliver the current weekly customer package consisting of the Weekly Opportunity Brief PDF, Opportunity Workbook XLSX, and Prospect Detail Sheets PDF; operate trial and billing state; respond to support/privacy requests; prevent misuse; maintain security; record attribution; investigate exceptions; and satisfy legal obligations. Optional acquisition-source attribution is used for internal reporting and does not authorize marketing chase sequences.

Providers and disclosures

The service may use Render for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for checkout/billing/customer portal, and Cloudflare R2 for encrypted backups. Each provider receives only the data needed for its enabled function through its controlled account configuration. The provider may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or to resolve a security or data integrity incident.

Retention

Retention may be extended where necessary for a legal hold, dispute, security investigation, or other lawful requirement.

Security and source limits

Access links use opaque, hashed, expiring tokens. Provider secrets are kept in secret storage and are not placed in source control or Drive. Where Cloudflare R2 backup storage is enabled, backups are encrypted before upload. No security measure is a guarantee.

Public sources may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, unavailable, or changed by the source agency. When a customer-visible source fails, affected output is withheld and healthy-source output is labeled; the service does not report a false zero-event result.

Requests and contact

Privacy requests may be sent to operations@siftspot.com and will be handled within a reasonable period under applicable law. The requester may need to provide enough information to locate the relevant account; do not send an SSN, bank information, identity document, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Florida law governs this notice, subject to applicable mandatory law.
